I’ve had a lot of questions lately regarding AAFES and their coupon acceptance, so I thought I’d do some research and share what I’ve found. Here are some Q&A’s from their Facebook page, which I highly suggest printing and taking with you to the store just in case! You’ll also want to print the AAFES/Exchange Coupon Policy and carry it with you.
Q: Can you use a manufacturers coupon in addition to the AAFES Store coupon on Facebook?
A: Yes, unless one of the coupons specifically states that offer cannot be combined with another offer.

Q: Does AAFES honor any coupon I find for a product sold at AAFES? I have a coupon for StrideRite shoes and AAFES has them. However it’s not an AAFES coupon?

Unless the vendor coupon prohibits use in Military retail establishments, there should not be any issue. Same goes for those awesome Yankee Candle coupons!!

Q: Does the Exchange accept coupons from lets say Coach? 
They have a 20% off coupon posted online.
A: Coach has confirmed that their Outlet Coupons are intended for the Outlet stores only and will not be accepted at any other retail location.

A: Coupons are still under the coupon tab, due to the new Facebook format of the page, you should look to the top left hand side. {Issues? Right click on the coupon and select “print picture” and you can also select the “save picture as” option and save it to your desktop}.

Q: I am wondering about coupons overseas. Do you guys accept expired coupons, 6 months past the expiration date? I have been told by the senior manager that you can a while ago and today they told me they do not. I asked to speak to the Senior Manager but I guess that is the person they called about the issue. When did they all of a sudden change? And why wouldn’t you let your customers know? Thank you
A: Missy, we spoke with the Main Store Manager today, and confirmed the policy is being reiterated and will be followed at the store. If you have any further issues with this, he offered to assist in any way. His name is Joe Hand and you can ask for him by name. OCONUS locations will accept coupons 6 months past expiration date.

I have a question about pricematching with a walgreens ad. Will they price match the price after the Register rewards. For example if an item is $8 and they give u a RR for $4 Will the PX price match ur item to be $4? I’m alittle bit confused. Some people have said that they have gotten the item pricematched at the Px after the RR. So the Px will sell it to them for $4 but I was in there today and the cashier was saying she didnt know lol Thank You!!
Hi Nancy! No, they will not price match with an “after RR’ price before the RR is a store promo from Walgreens. HTH
I was told I could not use a coupon on a sale item because the coupon states “cannot be combined with any other offer.” Is this true? If not, where can I find something to print out to take to the cs to use my coupon? Please help
